Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

Hanshitha Management Services operates Pan India E Auctions. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you control it. We do not sell your personal data.

1What we collect

  • Account details — name, email address, mobile number, and whether each has been verified.
  • Your activity on the platform — saved searches and their filters, alerts we have sent you, and service requests you have raised.
  • Subscription and payment records — plan, status, dates and amounts. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
  • Support conversations — when you call or message us, our team logs the date, channel and a summary so the next person who helps you has the context.
  • Consent flags — whether you opted in to marketing messages.

Property-view history is currently not recorded. Where it is enabled in future, it is used only to show you and our support team what you have looked at.

2Why we use it

  • To run your account, authenticate you and recover access when you are locked out.
  • To match new auction notices against your saved searches and send you alerts.
  • To provide and coordinate the assisted services you request.
  • To take payment, apply your entitlements and issue receipts.
  • To answer support requests and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • To detect abuse, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations.

3Marketing, WhatsApp and SMS consent

Alerts you asked for — the ones generated by your saved searches — are service messages and are sent because you created the search. You can pause or delete any saved search from your account at any time, which stops those alerts.

Promotional messages on email, SMS or WhatsApp are sent only if you opt in. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like from your account settings, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp or SMS message. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your alerts, receipts or account notices.

4Who we share it with

  • Assisted-service partners — when you request legal review, valuation, inspection or loan help, we pass on only what that partner needs to do the work.
  • Payment gateway — to take and reconcile payment.
  • Email and messaging providers — to deliver alerts and account mail.
  • Hosting and database providers — who store the data on our behalf under contract.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5Staff access and auditing

Our administrators can view user records to provide support. Every such access is recorded in an internal audit log along with who looked and when, and role changes and admin-initiated password resets are logged the same way. Access is limited by role: most staff cannot change roles or export records.

6How long we keep it

Account, subscription, payment and support records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Saved searches and alerts are deleted with your account. Audit entries are retained because they exist to show what staff did.

7Your choices

  • View and correct your details from your account profile.
  • Pause or delete saved searches to stop the alerts they generate.
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time — see section 3.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to us. We will confirm your identity first, and will tell you if anything must be retained for a legal reason.

8Cookies and sessions

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it, and it exists only to identify your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Connections use HTTPS. Subscriber-only details are withheld at the data layer rather than merely hidden in the page, so unauthorised users are not sent them at all. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach affects their data.

10Contact
